Great selection of quality Dutch cheese, the one with fenugreek and black one with lemon are especially divine. There's a small selection of wine to choose from as well. More products like mustard are coming soon. The owner had spent many years in the Netherlands and is a qualified cheese maker. She is extremely friendly, you can taste test anything on display. Our Story
Hello, we are Danny and Dennis van Oosten.
When a few years ago nostalgia hit me, we decided to return to Bulgaria. My idea for a cheese shop came about spontaneously. I adore cheese, and I discovered that Dutch cheese (yellow cheese) is very little known in Bulgaria.
To learn more, I enrolled in a professional course. There, the magical process of cheese making captivated me!
So, on 02.09.2023 I arrived in Sofia and started building the store. Today it is already a fact and I am happy to welcome customers. Welcome! We will try cheese and wine, we will talk, we will become friends! We are expecting you!
